香港就是這樣，地小人太多，人們没去處，一窩風擁到任何景點 ，我們觀星人仕首當其衝。

我們的鏡神陳先生于本月9 日前往萬宜水庫的東壩上觀星，回來在隔鄰網頁說 “東壩” 經已淪陷，其文大致如下：﹣

“另一個香港出色的觀星地點“東壩” 經已淪陷 。
當晚有太多的人擁擠在那裡。每分鐘都有的士到達，你被其高強度車頭燈照射。 大群人到達，包括遠足者，攝影人仕，戀人，父母和他們的兒子和女兒......等。
大隊騎自行車的人仕不斷經過，開着他們超級明亮的頭燈。巨型收音機大聲播放音樂，加上其他惱人的聲音。
你似乎置身于一個繁忙擁擠的戰場上，而不是一個寧靜的鄉村地方。但是別搞錯了 - 該處的天空依然美麗，如果你能忍受那些難堪的場面。
對於我來說，我真是不能將我的望遠鏡架起在嘈雜的市場中心。”

Another excellent star gazing spot in Hong Komg has fallen.
There are just too many people crowded there. For EVERY minute or so there was an arriving taxi, with its high intensity xenon high beam light shooting at you, unloading hikers, photographers, lovers, parents and their sons and daughters.......and so on.
Schools of cyclists kept on passing through with their super bright headlamps. Giant radios playing loud sounds with music of variety but annoying.
All in all you were inside a busy crowded battlefield instead of a serene country side. But make no mistake - the sky there is still beautiful, if you can bear all those unbearable to me.
For me, I just couldn't set up the telescope at center of a noisy market place.
