Seeing is is good this morning..i.e. until about 10:30, when it becomes bad.
The Sun is active today, with no less than 5 AR's :
In the northern hemisphere, AR11567 and AR11566 are close the west limb. Both AR11566 and AR11567 are active. .
Near the east limb, several active regions are showing up, forming a loosely associated active band running nearly to the meridian..
In the southern hemisphere, AR11570 is on the limb. The magnificient pair of AR11569 and AR11571 continue to develop. AR11569 is crossing the meridian while AR11571 show lots of activities. The un-named active region to the west of AR11569 is still conspicuous.
On the limb, there are many prominences.
The most "eye-catching" ones are the ones on the E and W limbs, respectively. They rise high into the corona.
The group of prominences on the SE limb is also very active, showing eruptions here and there.
