Where to observe the Leonids?

Hi,
It seems the chance is slim.  However, I remember what CK Yip told us his experience of successfully observing the Leonids atop Tai Mo Shan while most of us were rain-out.

I checked the cloud level from the HKO, and found this :

四、  雲量及雲底高度 :
      少 雲 1000 英 呎  疏 雲 2500 英 呎  裂 雲 6000 英 呎.

Thus maybe a high location will give a better chance.
