HKAS 實時 allskycam 影像 online

各位香港天文學會員及天文同好

經過個月的時間，HKAS水口allskycam 已經可以上載到internet供各會員及同好瀏覽，以下是水口天空實時影像, 每兩分鐘更新一次!

一些意見：

(1)  我在5-12-2008 14:23(HKT)觀看時，Skycam image上顯示的時間是05-12-2008 05:59:26，既非UT又非HKT，請檢查一下。

(2)  建議在Skycam image網頁上也顯示10、20及30分鐘前的天空畫面，幫助會員判斷天氣是變好中、變差中還是維持不變。

(3)  加上東南西北方位。

skycam現在只可拍攝夜間的相片，所以05-12-2008 05:59:26那張應該是今早天亮前的。

Hi Heung,

Thanks for the comment.

For point (1), as the operating hour of the all sky cam is from 18:00-0600 so now you are watching the last image captured in this morning. Moreover, we are going to reconnect the day time camera (another one) that will be able to provide the daytime image later. :-)

For point (2), very good idea but it will require quite much programming work, so it will be probably put into the wish list and see if it is possible to set it in future but the priority is low.

For point (3), Good idea, will put the direction sign on it.

Hi all,

Due to the transformer of the SHui Hau observatory computer is out of order, so the all sky cam will be temporary suspended for a few days. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
