2020年2月29日，在德國柏林的阿亨霍爾德天文台（Archenhold Observatory）舉行有關具有精確 GPS 定時照相機的研討會。

國際掩食定時協會歐洲分會的克里斯蒂安·韋伯（Christian Weber）博士在羅賓·格洛弗（Robin Glover）開發的軟件 SharpCap 中，介紹攝像機的安裝，設置以及他對攝像機/GPS系統的定時精度的測量。
