First let's make one concept clear: A lot of times, cost have nothing to do with prcie.
Think about it, why could a bottle of water fetch HK $8 in a 7-11?
The cost of drilling a barrel of oil in Middle East is about US$1, but why could they sell it for $120?

Businessmen always try to sell a product at the highest price that consumer is willing to bear.
But as consumer, most of the time we do have a choice. You could carry your own water bottle. As to me, I rarely use SMS.
