The solar surface is still dominated by 2 very active regions. AR12598 is crossing the meridian and for AR12599, filaments and jets are seen coming from the large spots. Several small prominences show up along the E-limb, and 2 larger ones show up on the west.A new AR is appearing on the SE limb.
Telescope: AP Starfire EDT 155 mm f/9.
stopped to 50 mm for disc images, with 4X telecentric lens (f/36) for closeups
filter: Solar Spectrum SO1.5/0.3A with CERF prefilter
Camera: Imperx 4M15
North is up, and east to the left.
