The filament has grown longer, with short E-W arms forming a "cross"
AR12423, seems to have become more active and enlarged. The active area on the east arm is definitely developing.
We should expect to see prominence protruding out of the disc in the coming days.
On September 27, cloud prevented detail observation but the filament must have undergone big changes.
