Thanks for your information. It is quite interesting as the magnitude can rise up to mag 10 or mag 11.  If the source is reaching mag 10 or 11, it is the time to take spectrum to confirm the type of the Supernova. It should be absent of Hydrogen line. At the mean time, the supernovae usually at the pre-maximum period in this electronic bulletin nowadays. It is also good for photometry. Unlucky that the sky in Hong Kong was cloudy. Hope it will be fine at night.
