理論天文組活動：惡劣天氣的安排

計劃出席 TAG 活動的朋友，請留意以下的天氣安排。

TAG meeting practice - Arrangement under bad weather :

(a) Please check whether there is a typhoon signal No. 3 or above, or an amber / red / black rainstorm signal, at 5:30pm. If so, the TAG meeting is postponed by one week.  To be precise, please note the official announcement of the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) about the time of hoisting or dropping of the signal. e.g. if a signal is hoisted in the afternoon and HKO officially drops it at 5:35pm, then the meeting will be cancelled.

(b) If no signal at 5:30pm but one is hoisted after 5:30pm, we will neglect that signal and TAG meeting will be held. However, attendance is NOT compulsory.  Each member should judge from his/her own conditions whether to attend the meeting or not.
