Pros:
A 10x60 binocular can gather about 44% more light compared with a 10x50 binocular. ( (60/50)^2 = 1.44 ) So a 10x60 forms brighter images .
In addition, a 10x60 binocular has a higher resolution. ( resolution ~ 1/D, where D is the diameter, the smaller the numerical value, the larger the resultion) So a 10x60 forms shaper images
Cons:
10x60 is bulky compared with 10x50.
u need to pay more foa a 10x60
PS* I a novice in stargazing. I only know about the physics. The most obvious difference is the brightness. This helps me to spot out dimmer nebulas easier.
