有關日食的各個問題

Question from MT (in USA) :
local temperature day & night (how much clothing I need to bring)
will it be very cold at night? do I need to bring sleeping bags?
At the observation site, will there be chairs and tables? Or it will just be a large piece of concrete or just dirt (grass is somewhat better, but not perfect).
I assume that we will be there for a good part of a day under the sun (if weather is good).
Will there be food, drink (esp. cold, clean water) at the site? Do we need to bring our own?

Is there any tutorial for eclipse photogarphy? On-line preferably. I still have no idea what I should do except taking some photos.

How do I get air tickets and other information?

解答如下：

有關當地的天氣、旅遊/行程資料、日全食資料、日全食時可以做的觀測、建議携帶的物品，將會印在團刊中，在6月22日派發給團友，如團友不能出席，將電郵團刊 file 給他們或可到會領取。團友不在香港，將另作特別安排。

有關觀測場地的安排，現正與國內主辦單位密切聯絡，有進一步消息將通知各團友。


中旅社將在5月26日向航空公司出機票，機票是電子票形式，下星期，中旅社陸續將電子機票及收據電郵給各團友。

日食期間，觀測地點平均溫度攝氏25度，日間最高 33度，晚上 17度，氣候乾燥。高原 (1,154米) 晚上寒涼，要帶備風褸

不用，氈房有被

有少量椅和桌子，但數量不夠分配，建議帶觀測用的便攜小摺椅及地蓆

場地內有限量的食物及水供應，估計比市面貴，可自備水壺或樽裝水

News I heard is we might have problem carrying our gears-especially telesope- through the mainland's customs unless ready to paid some handsome 'tax', anything can do to avoid it?
