Have not heard of this term “microastronomy” in publicity. Are you a student of physics or chemistry writing a paper ?
In astronomy, we have micrometeorite, stellar dust & grains etc. http://astronomy.swin.edu.au/cosmos/D/Dust+Grain
These are micro sizes (less than 1 micron) which require infrared technology (IR in ~ 30 micrometer wavelength) to be a study tool. Try Google Search with keywords such as “Infrared astronomy”, “infrared spectroscopy”, “stellar dust and grains”. Probably they direct you to more informative websites or research papers (which need dollar payments to read them.)
