The solar surface isdominated by 2 very active regions, AR12598 in the northern hemisphere and AR12599 in the south.Several small prominences show up along the E-limb, and 2 larger ones show up on the west.The close-up near white-light images are captured after shutting off the power to the oven of the filter.
