In AAVSO Alert Notice 522 (http://www.aavso.org/aavso-alert-notice-522)on the upcoming observations of the black hole X-raybinary V404 Cyg by HST, the date of the detection by the Swift satellite wasincorrectly given as 2015 June 16.77197 UT (Barthelmy et al., GCN Circular17929, http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/gcn3/17929.gcn3).The correct date is 2015 June 15.77197 UT.

The date was correctly given in AAVSO Alert Notice 520 (http://www.aavso.org/aavso-alert-notice-520),which announced the outburst.
