The solar surface is still dominated by the huge AR12367 in the southern hemisphere and the very active AR12371, which becomes larger as it moves towards the meridian.
An eruption that originated from the leading sunspot of AR12367 occurred before observation started. The resulting filament are very dark, indicating relatively high line-of-sight velocity. The dark filament has dispersed at around 15:06.
AR12371 also shows lots of flares, and a large filament erupts from the leading sunspot.
The huge filaments have diminished a bit.
