The Ho Koon Astro Class is mainly for Form 6~7 students.
The classes are held in the evening at Ho Koon between 7:00 and 9: 30p.m.
From 7: to ~7:45 is lecture in general astronomy, must be simple but interesting; Then the class is divided into two groups, One group will be entertain by the 20" lecturer while the other group will have be guided through the evening sky with the help of the newly installed planetarium as well as real observation with telescopes and binoculars. After about 30 minutes the two groups will exchange.
Moomi,
I'll take care of the llarge telescope on Dec. 17.
We'll stay behind for the asteroid occultation event which comes at about 1:40 am in the morning of Dec 18.

I'll take care of the large telescope on Feb 27, and all March classes.
If you cannot find someone to lecture for the March classes, tell me 1 day before the class and I can take over.

CH Yeung is now available on Wednesdays.
I asked him to give the lecture on Mar 12 before I checked this forum and saw Ho Cham's name.
CH may help with the small telescopes. Please confirm with him.
