Possible Supernova in NGC 4303 (M61) - PSNJ12215757+0428185
The CBAT Transient Object Confirmation Page (follow-uppage =http://www.cbat.eps.harvard.edu/unconf/followups/J12215757+0428185.html)reports the discovery of a possible supernova in M61 (NGC4303) by Koichi Itagaki (Yamagata, Japan) on 2014 Oct. 29.8376 UT at magnitude13.6 CCD unfiltered.
Coordinates:R.A.12 21 57.57   Dec. +04 28 18.5   (2000.0)
This object has been submitted to VSX and assigned thename PSN J12215757+0428185. Once it is approved, charts may be plotted usingthe AAVSO Variable Star Plotter (www.aavso.org/vsp).
At this moment there is no AAVSO sequence, but one willbe made available as soon as possible.

Confirmation of this object is needed. Please save yourimages so they may be reduced to the AAVSO sequence once it is available.
