Badder Solar film

I have joined the HKAS Shanghai solar ecplise tour and would like to bring a pair of binoculars and a SLR camera to observe the ecplise. I want to use the Badder solar film for filter. Can anybody tell me where I can buy it ? And any special thing I have to caution? Thanks for help!:)
