Outside a McDonald, see how bright the sky is!!!! (mag. 15.2 is 3 mag. brighter than the mag. 18.x in hotel parking lot, which don't have bright spot light!)[ 本帖最後由 BillYeung 於 2008-5-23 13:20 編輯 ] A meter like this can quantify light pollution survey data, making the project more scientifically convincing. Hope you bring back HK for a trial.

ps I recalled a back issue of S&T had an article on sky darkness measurement, including a light meter. But I cann't figure out which issue. I fear that the equipment will go "mad" and damaged around Victoria Harbour:P ;P
