例如大家可以在閒談版開 揮手區, 也可以開新手區, 或新會員區,
看看若有很多post才開新版, 會否好些呢?

I agree with your opinion. I would suggest to have a discussion zone for non-astronomy related topic which is quite common other discussion forum as well.
Any ideas from the others?
